Chris Neale
Managing Director
Chris Neale is responsible for the customer services, client management and support divisions of IT Action. Chris co-founded IT Action, having held a number of senior IT consultancy positions in the financial services sector. Chris has worked on the design and implementation of large banking infrastructures, and at Nomura International was responsible for managing the production infrastructure across the bank's entire trading operation. Prior to this, Chris successfully established and developed Sun and Tibco technical departments for Business Systems Group. His earlier experience included systems development for Unix and mainframe platforms.
Chris has a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Central Lancashire.
Yogesh Patel
Director/Senior Consultant
With over 20 years experience in financial services technology and business management, Yogesh focuses on project management of IT Action's projects in it's technical services, engineering and consulting divisions as well as providing senior level business and technical consultancy. Prior to co-founding IT Action in 1999, Yogesh was a senior IT consultant in the banking and finance sector. He has overseen the design, integration and global roll-out of enterprise network and Unix infrastructures for leading international banking institutions, including Barclays Capital and Nomura International. Prior to this, Yogesh worked at Sun Microsystems providing support and consultancy for their network and operating system products. Earlier in his career, Yogesh worked in research and development at Crosfield Electronics, specialising in production engineering.
Yogesh has a BEng and MSc from Cranfield University.
Andy King
Director of Business Development
Andy is responsible for leading IT Action's sales, business development and channel management functions. He has over 15 years experience in financial technology sales and marketing and has worked in the software, hardware, systems integration and professional services arenas. Prior to IT Action, Andy held senior sales and business development positions for Thomson Financial and Macgregor.
Andy has an MA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge.
Pratik Patel
Director of India Operations
Pratik, with an Engineering background, has over 15 years of experience in IT working in different capacities and roles. He started his career as an Technocrat engaged as a Value Added Reseller providing Computing, CAD/CAM and Banking solutions. He has been instrumental in setting up the first private MICR centre (in Ahmedabad) in India and setting up the first RTGS system in STP in India. Pratik currently heads the India operations as a Director. He has excellent Project Management and Vendor Management skills, apart from the considerable exposure in System, Network, Security and IT Infrastructure Management.
