A UK based online Insurance Broker chooses IT Action to provide Datacentre Based Disaster Recovery Facilities.
The client required a full, live business continuity infrastructure based within a datacentre to act as a backup to their office based systems.
IT Action worked closely with the client to specifiy and implement an infrastructure at one of it’s central London datacentres which the company can instantly switch to in the event of a massive failure of the office systems or of the office itself. IT Action advised on all aspects of the requirements of business continuity including the requirements placed on the clients by regulatory bodies such as the Financail Services Authority.
