IT Action wins a IT Support contract for a Leeds based Web Design company. IT Action will providing full office based IT support to the company on a remote and on site as required type basis. Full 24/7 monitoring of the clients office based system is provided, allowing the client the comfort of know their systems including email and always fully functional and, if not, they have the option to investigate the issue out of hours or to arrange for an earlier than normal start to get the office systems fully functional prior to the start of business.
